At The Drinking Water Club, we are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and reliable drinking water solutions for festivals and outdoor events. Our solutions are designed to ensure the welfare of attendees, staff, and participants, and to help make the event a success.

Organisers of festivals and outdoor events have a responsibility to ensure that adequate drinking water is provided for attendees, staff, and participants. This is essential to ensure that everyone on site remains hydrated, especially in hot weather conditions.

The Drinking Water Club has a wealth of experience in providing safe and quality drinking water solutions for a variety of sectors, including festivals and outdoor events. We offer a range of solutions, including bulk bottled water, water tankers, and temporary water supply tanks, to ensure that there is a reliable water supply for the duration of the event.

In addition to providing drinking water, we can also supply and manage water for toilets, hand washing, showers, and catering. We  work closely with event organisers to develop bespoke solutions that meet their specific requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Water for festivals & Outdoor Events

The Drinking Water Club has extensive experience in providing safe, quality drinking water services for live events and festivals. We offer a variety of solutions to meet the needs of our clients, including testing and plumbing of existing site water supplies, and delivery of bulk water using clean water tankers.

Our team of experts can conduct testing of existing site water supplies to quality assure the water before plumbing it into our event water supply system. This ensures that the water meets relevant regulations and is safe for consumption. Water is then held in robust storage tanks before being distributed around the site network.

Where there is no safe water supply onsite, The Drinking Water Club provides bulk water deliveries using dedicated clean water tankers. Our team of experienced drivers, technicians, and plumbers handle all deliveries, installations, and collections to ensure a reliable and efficient service. We also provide waste water management and on-site plumbing solutions for live events and festivals.

Reliable water supply

Organisers of outdoor events such as music festivals, arts and cultural celebrations, sporting events, and corporate fun days have a responsibility to ensure the welfare of their attendees and staff. This includes the provision of safe drinking water, along with other welfare uses such as water for toilets, hand washing, showers, and catering.

Under the BS8551:2015 (Provision and management of temporary water supplies and distribution networks) and relevant Water Regulations (Water Supply, Water Quality, Private Water Supply Regs etc.), event organisers are required to provide a clean drinking water supply at their event. This means that the water supply must meet certain regulatory standards for safety and quality.

In addition, event organisers must work with third parties such as the local environmental health officer and Water Regulation Enforcement Officer to ensure full regulatory compliance. They must also keep their staff and attendees safe by providing quality assured water supplies and complying with all relevant regulations.
